“Look Around,” an exhibition featuring the works of New York-based artist Chuck Webster will run through February 18, 2017 at Betty Cuningham Gallery, New York.The selection of works on display focuses on Webster’s recent paintings that narrate a highly personal vocabulary and drawn from the artist’s imagination. The shapes in his paintings are abstract and reveal the dialogue he has with his creation, as it moves towards completion. The show contains ten paintings, all oil on panel, with his figures typically dominating the work.
