Leif Elggren’s solo exhibition titled “Ekonimi” is on view at Belenius through December 31, 2016.Swedish artist Leif Elggren is one of the most constantly surprising conceptual artists. Not restrained his creativity to only audio-visual arts or installations, he is also a writer, composer, and stage performer. In this series, he showcases artworks that explore perceptions and metaphors. Speaking of an exhibition artwork, Leif says it was his “first creative impulse.” The referred artwork is a small wood fish that, when was a young boy, he placed in a jar inside a larger jar with faux seaweed floating around it.
