Last Chance: 'Adam Fuss Daguerreotypes & The Womb of the Pre-Raphaelite Imagination' at New York

The exhibition titled 'Adam Fuss Daguerreotypes & The Womb of the Pre-Raphaelite Imagination' at Hans P. Kraus Jr. in  New York will end on December 2, 2016. This is your last opportunity to check out the British born, New York-based photographer Adam Fuss's works at the gallery.Over three decades, Adam Fuss has created a body of work combining photographic techniques of the past and contemporary materials. His pinhole photography and cameraless photograms deal with temporality, memory, regeneration, and death. The exhibition presents a collection of his large-scale daguerreotypes, largest ever made, that emphasizes these themes. Adam has used the daguerreotype’s extremely sharp resolution to create images with a nearly three-dimensional attribute and remarkable physical presence. The exhibition will be on view at Hans P. Kraus Jr., Fine Photographs, 962 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10028, United States. For details, visit: www.sunpictures.comClick on the slideshow for a sneak peek at the exhibition.
