Kuala Lumpur's Richard Koh Fine Art is currently hosting Liu Hsin-Ying's solo exhibition, “Please Give Me a Shape in One Piece,” through September 16.This is Ying's first exhibition with the gallery as well as in Malaysia. It presents eight mixed media works by Ying, who uses fluid, mysterious forms, to give expression to the act of 'thinking.' The act of thinking undergoes perpetual metamorphosis and finds expression in Ying’s paintings through lyrical and sinuous lines, swatches of vivid colors and cryptic personal symbols, while incorporating traditional drawing materials.The exhibition is on view at Richard Koh Fine Art, 229 Jalan Maarof, Bukit Bandaraya, Bangsar, 59100, Kuala Lumpur.
