Fondazione Prada, Milan, is hosting a selection of artworks by couple Edward Kienholz and Nancy Reddin Kienholz, between 1959-1994. The exhibition runs through December 31.Known for creating an art of 'repulsion,' the American couple highlighted the harsh realities of life through their work, which was difficult to look at, was not aesthetic at all, yet could not be denied. Edward (1927-1994) and Nancy (b. 1943) have remained more popular in Europe than in their native America, while the former is widely considered to be one of the most neglected of American artists.Click on the slideshow for a sneak peek of the exhibition.
