What better way to rent a new house in a tough market than to show it with its walls hung with top notch art works? For one night only, invited guests to a property in Jalan Bahasa will be treated to an exhibition of contemporary art work, including graffiti and street art, from a private collector (who has opted to remain anonymous).Located in a tranquil neighborhood the development of seven new houses available for lease incorporates designs by three local architecture firms – K2LD Architects, Aamer Architects, Ta Ke – to ensure a range of individuality. The art collection, which is not for sale, features works by Banksy, Blek Le Rat, Faile, and Jose Parla, as well as pieces by Andy Warhol, Damien Hirst, and Takashi Murakami.Fret not if you weren’t invited, we have shots of some of the works in our slideshow here.
