“The Secret Life of Trees,” an exhibition of works by American artist Margaret Grimes will run through February 25, 2017 at Blue Mountain Gallery, New York.On exhibit are seventeen works, varying from large scale canvases and drawings to smaller, highly focused studies done on site and contain motifs based on the woods that surround the artist’s studio. Grimes work is a dialogue between vigorous and sensuous paint handling and complexity of form.
