An untitled exhibition of works by Ceal Floyer is on show at the Aspen Art Museum, Colorado, through January 22, 2017.The British practitioner, who works primarily in video art and installation, presents a series of minimalistic conceptual pieces exploring the poetry of the mundane in her second major solo exhibition in the United States. Floyer, whose art often focuses on the uncanny and the absurd, creates environments and situations that push audiences to pay attention to details, illuminating the humor intrinsic in their design.
