'Ether' a group exhibition, is on view at the Galerie Chantal Crousel, Paris from October 15, through November 19, 2016.The show explores the concept of mutation and its tales; this it achieves through the illusion of a parallel world, a space of communion between all four elements. The artists begin with sublimated reality and move on to many small and secret lives that are slowly unveiled to the viewer and gracefully flit to the terrestrial cap, the salt journey from Northern Mali, and the work of rough and translucent matter. Lastly, the elements of the surface are examined that results in transgressing the realities what is apparent, the untouchable, and the heavenly bodies.The artists featured in the exhibition are Anonyme (Mali), Jennifer Allora & Guillermo Calzadilla, Tarek Atoui, Marcel Broodthaers, Roberto Cuoghi, David Douard, and Robert Filliou among others.The exhibition is on view at Galerie Chantal Crousel, 10 Rue Charlot, 75003 Paris, France.
