1 X 1 Art Gallery is hosting Cristiana de Marchi and Monira Al Qadiri's 'Melting the Sky'. The show will run through October 23, 2016.Cristiana de Marchi is an Italian/Lebanese artist while Monira Al Qadiri is a Senegal-born, Kuwaiti visual artist, film maker and curator.In this exhibition, Monira Al Qadiri and Cristiana de Marchi have carefully explored the possibilities of the present by elaborating on the past and future of the MENA region, using it as an allegory for a larger geographic spread.
