Edward Tyler Nahem Fine Art in New York is hosting an exhibition “Stacks” by Erik Benson that will be on view through October 21st, 2016.“Stacks” is a new body of works by American painter Erik Benson. The landscapes in the exhibition portrays mid-century public housing projects, interrupted by the temporal, shifting structures in the foreground: ‘Stacks’. The still-life compositions in these landscape paintings are representations of mundane objects collaged together to create a kind of totem of everyday.
